1 ‘Built’ Community Lot: Community Garden (No Visitors Allowed; Founder/Sims only allowed to visit once per week, maximum).
2 Residential Lots:
1 ‘Active’ Household: Bridget’s Cabin (Founder’s House).
1 ‘Non-Playable’ Household: The Boarding House (for 8 NPCs).
